Santa Clara County Office of Reentry Services
The Santa Clara County’s Office of Reentry Services promotes effective policies, evidence-based practices and services to implement the Public Safety Realignment Program (AB 109) and the Adult Reentry Strategic Plan. Most importantly, the Office is responsible to operate the Santa Clara County Reentry Resource Center and support the Santa County Reentry Network, a cross-system reentry network that identifies comprehensive reentry and recidivism reduction strategies and efforts to streamline processes to link individuals involved in the criminal justice system to effective in-custody and community-based programming. The Reentry Network is led by a 21-member governance team, which is responsible for the vision, mission, direction, and accountability of the group.
