The Community Assessment and Services Center (CASC), a partnership of the San Francisco Adult Probation Department (SFAPD) and Leaders in Community Alternatives, Inc. (LCA), is a one-stop reentry services center that co-locates SFAPD’s probation supervision with an array of self-sufficiency skills building services provided by LCA and other public and private partners. The CASC empowers SFAPD clients to successfully complete supervision, make safe, healthy and constructive life choices, and permanently exit the criminal justice system.
